** VEGGIE STIR FRY **
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh carrot
- 1/2 cup fresh red bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. organic vegetable broth
1. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add garlic & ginger.
2. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add green beans, carrot, bell pepper, sea salt, and broth.
4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
