Veggie Stir Fry



  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh carrot
  • 1/2 cup fresh red bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. organic vegetable broth

1. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add garlic & ginger.

2. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

3. Add green beans, carrot, bell pepper, sea salt, and broth.

4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

      I do not count calories in my nutrition, but rather focus on portions and balancing my food groups. Do you follow a certain eating plan?
