My only regret….

That I waited SO long to do this. I have HOPE and am really seeing the light with this program. All I want is to feel BETTER and it is working.

  1. Hi Jennifer. So glad that you’re trying Whole 30. I did this about 3 months ago and it really helped me look at food in a different way and I’m feeling great. I’ve introduced small amounts of these back into my diet but I find that a little is even too much right now- like you I have sugar and popcorn cravings! :-) Tracy Hammond says hi and she actually recommended I contact you as I have also begun my 21 day fix journey as well. I was initially matched with a coach but she has been unresponsive to my attempts to reach out. I’ve also tried numerous times to get a new coach but have not had any success. I have some questions about how to join whole 30 and 21 day fix nutrition requirements. How can I modify Autumn’s container method to whole 30? Would you be willing to help me with a few of my questions or become my coach for 21 day fix? Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely Deb
